“I had a wonderful experience.  Everyone was super, super, super nice.  I am so glad my doctor sent me and I cannot say thank you enough.  I am home now and wanted you to know that I will tell everyone I know what a wonderful place Signature Healthcare of Nashville is”.

—Ms. Yvonne B., recent patient at Signature HealthCARE of Nashville

Rob (aka – Quilt Shop Rob) recently joined our family at Signature Healthcare of Nashville. 14 years ago Rob had an accident at work, and since then has had numerous surgeries on his knees, neck, and back. Our Marketing Director and her husband (Cindy and Lonnie) took a special interest in Rob and quickly became friends with him and his family.  Rob shared that he had also become very dependent to prescription medication over the past 14 years, but since coming to Signature that is “not an issue anymore.”

“Get back on your feet, on the move and into the arms of the people you love!”

A thank you letter from one of our patients:

To Whom It May Concern:

I have stayed here at Signature Health Care of Nashville for 19 days. When I arrived I was unable to walk alone. Your therapy program is excellent. My therapists were DeAnna and Rachel who were very professional, courteous, uplifting and understanding. I had a total left hip replacement January 7, 2014. Now, I am able to go home and do my daily routine. Also, the other therapists who helped me were Sara, Rebecca, Jennifer, and Amanda. They were outstanding too.

Several months ago I had the opportunity to meet a gentleman named Bill. As Chaplain at Signature Healthcare of Nashville I met Bill in the parking lot of a Harris Teeter grocery store just a couple of miles from our facility. Bill was selling a local newspaper called the Contributor, which is a paper that helps homeless and formerly homeless people here in Nashville. Bill informed me that he would soon have a total hip replacement at Vanderbilt Hospital and that he wanted his doctor to send him to our facility for his rehab needs. Just a few weeks later, I was visiting with residents at Signature, and there was Bill resting in his own private suite on our Post Acute Rehab wing. Bill had an awesome short term stay with us, and his therapy went great! He and a few friends of his blessed us musically by leading some of our activity programs with singing, and guitar and harmonica playing. We praise God for a new friend and for the healing that He has brought Bill in a short time. Bill is home now, and said he looks forward to seeing us in the Harris Teeter parking lot as he continues to be a vendor for the Contributor, and an advocate for the homeless population in Nashville Tennessee.
